The Opportunity

We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA upgrades, migration, and conversion. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions that meet business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and guide them on S/4HANA upgrade capabilities.
• Support requirement-gathering workshops for detailed technical specifications.
• Contribute to designing and documenting migration and conversion processes, including experience with SAP maintenance planner, migration approaches, and architecture.
• Assist in building and testing SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring infrastructure meets requirements.
• Support integration testing and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
• Participate in deployment and go-live activities, ensuring successful implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 3 years of SAP BASIS experience and 2+ years of SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle upgrades or migrations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and RISE with SAP.
• End-to-end Fiori deployment experience.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with upstream/downstream applications.
• Strong expertise in SAP BASIS, HANA database administration, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and migration tools.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications related to S/4HANA and cloud migration.
• Relevant experience in Banking or Insurance industries.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP development and reporting tools.
• Post-graduate or graduate degree in related fields.
