The Opportunity

We seek a forward-thinking Senior Consultant for SAP S/4HANA Upgrades (RISE Migration & Conversion). You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your SAP expertise to deliver innovative solutions and drive successful technological transformations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and advise on S/4HANA Upgrade capabilities.
• Support workshops to gather detailed technical requirements.
• Design and document migration and conversion processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client specifications, including experience with maintenance planner, migration approaches, and system architecture.
• Facilitate build and unit testing, ensuring infrastructure meets business requirements.
• Support integration testing for seamless system interactions.
• Guide clients through User Acceptance Testing and address issues.
• Participate in deployment and go-live support to ensure successful implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 3 years of SAP BASIS experience and 2+ years of SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle migrations.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and RISE with SAP.
• Implementation experience with end-to-end Fiori deployment.
• Knowledge of integration with applications like ADP, SAC, Concur, ServiceNow, Vertex.
• Expertise in SAP BASIS, HANA database administration, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and migration tools.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% based on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications related to S/4HANA and cloud migration.
• Over 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry (Banking/Insurance).
• Basic knowledge of ABAP, reporting solutions, and integration tools.
• Post-graduate or graduate degree in relevant fields.
