Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions within its SAP-driven Agile Transformation practice. You will analyze business models and translate requirements into technical specifications, guiding system architecture to align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Project Systems; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across multiple industries with ability to deliver complex requirements.
• Knowledge of Project Systems leading practices, peer company environments and advisory experience in finance and technology functions including but not limited to: Project definition, WBS, Networks, Templates; Budgeting, Billing, MRP; Event-Based Revenue Recognition; integration with other SAP modules.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A Bachelor's degree
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Project Systems. In‑depth knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is referred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project‑based team members. Experience with hybrid onshore / offshore delivery model is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes in multiple industries with ability to understand, communicate, and deliver complex requirements specific to the client.
• Knowledge of Project Systems leading practices, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to specific finance and technology functions including but not limited to:
  • Project structural components (Project definition, WBS elements, Networks, Templates)

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
