The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in IT support within SAP Finance, is familiar with S4 HANA, and possesses strong knowledge of SAP business processes. Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support/delivery experience with SAP Finance modules required.
• Good knowledge of SAP Finance business processes (E2E: Accounting, Tax, and Controlling).
• Experience with S4 HANA & FIORI is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and changes in SAP customizing, providing expertise in SAP Accounting, Tax & Controlling.
• Maintain technical documentation for the supported SAP areas.

What are we looking for?

• Resolve incidents and changes (SAP customizing), providing expertise in SAP Accounting, Tax & Controlling domain (SAP FI & CO modules)
• Deliver system enhancements – work with the business and ABAP Developers to propose, validate, and create solutions to client needs
• Make the link between the business key users/functional support and support level 3 or external vendors when the issue cannot be solved directly
• Maintain technical documentation for the supported SAP areas

And if you meet the following criteria

• 4+ years of IT support/delivery experience with SAP Finance modules
• S4 HANA & FIORI experience
• Good knowledge of SAP Finance business processes (E2E: Finance processes: Accounting, Tax, and Controlling)
• Knowledge in SAP system integration & interfaces with other systems (iDocs/XML messages)
• Knowledge of the integration points with other SAP modules (ex. SAP MM & SD)
• Experience working with Service Desk ticketing systems (ServiceNow & JIRA)
• Experience in IT support and delivery in SAP Finance area (AP, AR, GL, AA)
• Solve functional or technical topics + perform detailed ITC/NRT testing
• Apply standard SAP customizations (bug fixes & configuration changes)
• Fluency in English
