Join our team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, bridging business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with an emphasis on quality and risk management is essential. Ability to research and apply best practices to drive innovation is also key.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, documentation, and functional design. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions, including configurations and integrations.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate decision-making skills for complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within scope of work.
• Exercise sound judgment in methods and results.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Controlling experience focusing on Product Costing, including costing of different Production Strategies like Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order, Overhead Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, and integrations with modules such as Material Management, Production Planning, and Financial Accounting. Exposure to other FICO modules is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and project teams; experience with hybrid delivery models is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and complex reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Product Costing practices, configurations, and functionalities, including Costing Variants, Results Analysis, Material Ledger, and Parallel Ledgers.
• Familiarity with Security roles related to Management Accounting.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA FICO, PP, or MM modules.
• Ability to research client inquiries, industry practices, and emerging technologies.
• Experience developing functional specifications and system configurations.
• Relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, and emotional agility skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certifications such as P_S4FIN SAP Certified Professional.
• Experience with full cycle implementations of core modules.
• Additional SAP finance certifications.
• Industry experience in accounting and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
