Join our team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, where you will bridge business needs and technical solutions by analyzing business models and translating requirements into technical specifications. Your role is crucial in ensuring system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive process improvement and innovation.
• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
• Oversee teams and professional employees to achieve complex initiatives.
• Maintain client billing, lead delivery streams, and manage projects, including external client engagement. Travel may be required.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong process management, quality focus, risk management, research, and best practices application are essential. You should be capable of managing SAP projects, understanding system development lifecycle, and engaging with stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in SAP Controlling, Product Costing, and related modules.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, SAP configuration, and integration points.
• Excellent communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven project management experience, preferably with hybrid delivery models.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP experience, especially in Product Costing and Controlling modules.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting processes and SAP functionalities.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with multiple SAP full-cycle implementations.
