We seek a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business goals.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong process management, quality focus, risk management, research skills, and innovation are essential. You will lead SAP projects, gather requirements, architect solutions, and liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.

• Deliver quality SAP projects and workstreams, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, testing, documentation, and functional design.
• Manage client relationships, monitor progress, and communicate effectively.
• Possess a good understanding of system development lifecycle and technology architecture frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years of experience with SAP Controlling, focusing on Product Costing, including knowledge of production strategies, overhead cost accounting, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong communication, project management, and technical skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects, ideally with a hybrid delivery model.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience and SAP certifications
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations and cross-functional team leadership
