Job summary

Norfolk Southern Corp. is seeking an experienced Manager, Information Systems Development, SAP Finance and Payroll and Safety Technology to lead strategy, delivery, and support for critical technology solutions. You will partner with Finance and Safety stakeholders to align priorities with technology strategy and delivery.

The role requires leadership of SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related integrations, with accountability for mobile portfolio and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, application delivery, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and manage global or cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery, and support for SAP Finance, Payroll, and Safety Technology.
• Partner with Finance and Safety stakeholders to align priorities with technology strategy.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with Finance priorities and enterprise objectives.
• Lead internal teams and strategic partners ensuring reliable delivery and budget control.
• Manage the mobile portfolio and cross-functional project teams across the SDLC.
