Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Seattle seeks an experienced SAP FI Consultant with strong hands-on SAP FI/FICO functional expertise to lead solution discussions, gather business requirements, and design and implement SAP Finance solutions including GL, AP, and Product Costing.

The ideal candidate will integrate SAP FICO with SAP MM and Oracle Financial Applications, collaborate with developers, and ensure accurate financial data flow across in-house and outsourced manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/FICO configuration and implementation.
• Expertise in Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, and Product Costing.
• Understanding of financial accounting principles, cost accounting, budget control, and procurement processes.
• Experience with SAP FICO integration across manufacturing, inventory, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution discussions and translate business requirements into SAP FI/FICO solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP FI functionality, including AP, GL, and Product Costing.
• Support financial accounting processes, budget control, procurement, and spend tracking.
• Manage financial accounting scenarios across in-house and outsourced manufacturing environments.
• Work with SAP Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, PP, QM, and CO-PA.
• Develop functional specifications for SAP FICO enhancements, interfaces, and data integration solutions.
• Support integration between SAP FICO and Oracle Financial Applications and Oracle Project Accounting.
• Collaborate with software developers to design, develop, test, and implement SAP-to-Oracle integration solutions.
• Partner with SAP MM teams to support PO management, procurement processes, and financial spend tracking.
• Ensure accurate financial data flow, transaction processing, and cross-functional system integration.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant with strong hands-on SAP FI/FICO functional expertise to lead solution discussions, gather business requirements, and design and implement effective SAP Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Product Costing, and integration with SAP Materials Management and external Oracle financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional solution discussions and translate business requirements into SAP FI/FICO solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP FI functionality, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Product Costing.
• Support financial accounting processes, budget control, procurement, and spend tracking.
• Manage financial accounting scenarios across in-house and outsourced manufacturing environments.
• Work with SAP Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Production Planning and Control (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Cost of Goods Analysis.
• Develop functional specifications for SAP FICO enhancements, interfaces, and data integration solutions.
• Support integration between SAP FICO and Oracle Financial Applications and Oracle Project Accounting.
• Collaborate with software developers to design, develop, test, and implement SAP-to-Oracle integration solutions.
• Partner with SAP MM teams to support purchase order management, procurement processes, and financial spend tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/FICO configuration and implementation.

• Experience with SAP FICO integration across manufacturing, inventory, and production processes.

• Experience integrating SAP FICO with Oracle Financial Applications and Oracle Project Accounting.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical development teams.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM), purchase order management, and spend tracking.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution-design skills.
