Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant Remote Support Project

Employment Type: Contract / Freelance

Location: Remote

This is a remote project. The consultant is required to be online for 3 to 4 hours daily to overlap with the Singapore time zone. Most of the work can be completed at your own convenience.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant for a remote support engagement. The consultant will provide functional support across core Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes, working closely with business users to resolve tickets, assist with month-end activities, and perform minor enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP FI and CO modules.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
  
• Assist with financial month-end/year-end closing support.
  
• Perform minor system configuration changes in SAP FI/CO.
  
• Collaborate with end users and technical teams to resolve incidents and implement process improvements.
  
• Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PS.
  
• Document solutions and update the knowledge base regularly.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience in a support/project environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance and Controlling business processes.
  
• Hands-on experience with issue resolution and minor configuration tasks.
  
• Good understanding of SAP standard reports and financial reconciliation processes.
  
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance features (Universal Journal, Business Partner, New Asset Accounting).
  
• Exposure to tax compliance and localization features.
  

Start Date: Immediate
Work Hours: Flexible (with 34 hours overlap with Singapore Time Zone)
Duration: 6–12 months (Extendable)
