Position: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Remote (Hyderabad / Chennai / Mumbai / Pune / New Delhi / Bangalore)
Shift: Night Shift (9:30 PM 6:30 AM IST)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financials and Controlling to support our global clients in a remote, night-shift role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of S/4HANA changes, FIORI applications, and hands-on experience in the configuration and support of FICO modules. This role requires strong analytical skills, process knowledge, and a focus on delivering quality support within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business process requirements and deliver effective system solutions in SAP FICO.
• Configure and customize key SAP FICO sub-modules including:
• FI: New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting
• CO: Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (CO-PC), COPA, Overhead Cost Controlling (CO-CEA)
• Support critical month-end and year-end closing activities, assessments, and settlements.
• Provide expertise in Material Ledger Activation, MBC, and Treasury functions (added advantage).
• Leverage tools like LSMW, LTMC, and LTMOM for data migration and automation.
• Manage and resolve FICO support tickets, ensuring compliance with SLA requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update ticket status using appropriate ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, validate, and document business requirements.
• Provide insights and support for FIORI app functionalities and S/4HANA transitions.
  

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA innovations and FIORI applications.
• Strong process knowledge in Finance & Controlling flows.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities in a high-demand environment.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Availability to work night shifts to support global client operations.
