Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to analyze complex SAP FI/CO processes, define solution architecture, and lead large-scale S/4HANA transformations. The role requires strong workshop leadership, stakeholder management, and deep SAP FICO expertise, with focus on implementing finance templates, governance, and reporting.

Job Description

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

• Years of SAP FI/CO experience
• at least two S/4HANA end-to-end implementations or major transformations, strong finance domain knowledge
• proven workshop leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.
• Extensive experience in S/4HANA Blueprinting, Discovery Workshops, and Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Financial Planning processes.
• Expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, and S/4HANA Finance architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Closing, Consolidation, Intercompany Accounting, and Reporting.
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, EWM, Ariba, Concur, and Treasury.
• Ability to define global finance templates, governance models, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience preparing Business Process Design Documents (BPDD), Solution Design Documents, Fit-Gap Reports, and Roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience with product costing, Material Ledger, COPA, New Asset Accounting, EBS/DME, tax, intercompany, revenue recognition, PS integration, migration strategy and clean-core assessments.
• Experience with Central Finance (CFIN) implementations.
• Knowledge of Group Reporting, Financial Consolidation, and Advanced Financial Closing.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, and CDS Views.
• Familiarity with SAP Signavio for process modeling and transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) and Cash Management.
• Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori Apps, and Workflow Automation.
• Exposure to IFRS, US GAAP, SOX, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA Finance transformation projects.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, governance, and pre-sales support experience.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
