Job Description

The role is to design, configure, and support SAP Finance modules, gathering business requirements and providing detailed designs, implementing custom solutions, performing testing, coordinating transports to production, and providing post go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and formulate design specifications.
• Provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs.
• Configure SAP Finance modules (including budgeting, accounting, reporting).
• Write detailed specifications for custom development work.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and verification of solutions.
• Coordinate transports to production and manage post go‑live support.
• Deliver presentations and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Engage in project management activities and support project teams.
• Travel regularly for consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (foreign equivalent acceptable) or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of one year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Preferred 2+ years of SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Finance modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation creation and delivery.
• Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Willingness to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.
