Job summary

HYR GLOBAL SOURCE INC is seeking an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant for a 100% remote role. You will lead end-to-end SAP FI implementations and provide ongoing support across GL, AP, AR, and Bank Accounting within S/4HANA Finance.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in FI-MM-SD integration, master data configuration, and production cutover activities, with strong communication and client-facing skills to drive successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI domains.
• Role is remote and functional-focused, not technical.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI / S/4HANA Finance.
• End-to-end implementation from discovery to go-live and support.
• Configure GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting and Asset Accounting.
• Configure company codes, COA, fiscal year, posting periods and FI rules.
• Experience with AP/AR payments, bank interfaces, electronic payments.
• Understand FI-MM/SD integration.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements and Fit-Gap analyses.
• Prepare specs for interfaces, conversions, reports, enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical/ABAP and integration teams.
• Lead SIT, UAT, data validation and production cutover.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day production issues and support hypercare.

SAP FI Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant with strong hands-on implementation and support experience.

Key Responsibilities / Skills:

1. Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI / S/4HANA Finance
2. End-to-end implementation experience from Discovery Design Configuration Testing Cutover Go-Live
3. Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting and Asset Accounting
4. Configure company codes, chart of accounts, fiscal year, posting periods, document types and financial accounting rules
5. Experience with AP/AR payment processes, bank interfaces and electronic payments
6. Strong understanding of integration between FI and MM/SD
7. Conduct business workshops, requirements gathering and Fit-Gap analysis
8. Prepare functional specifications for interfaces, conversions, reports and enhancements
9. Work closely with technical/ABAP and integration teams
10. Lead/support SIT, UAT, data validation and production cutover
11. Troubleshoot day-to-day Finance production issues
12. Support go-live, hypercare and post-production stabilization
13. Strong communication and client-facing skills
14. Preferred: Candidates with multiple end-to-end SAP FI implementations and strong S/4HANA experience
