Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP Finance Business Analyst to lead configuration, support, and integration of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, focusing on FI/CO. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days onsite; must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

You will collaborate with Finance and IT to support financial processes, upgrades, and enhancements while driving month-end close, reporting, and production support across multiple SAP components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP FI/CO configuration and support experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Working knowledge of SAP FI-CA is preferred.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting, AFC, VIM, P2P, and Concur is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Support Finance functions including Tax, Treasury, Banking, Fixed Assets, and Group Reporting.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Perform configuration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), documentation, and production support.
• Support Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), P2P, and Concur integrations.
• Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and post-go-live support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve production issues.
