This role focuses on leveraging SAP technology to enhance client operations, particularly in supply chain management, with capabilities spanning Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors.

The Opportunity

Our SAP-enabled Agile Business Transformation helps organizations meet digital challenges through a comprehensive, business-first approach that considers strategy, customer value, processes, technology, and operational impacts. Our SAP EWM professionals deliver strategic solutions to optimize logistics operations, reducing costs and improving quality and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP projects or workstreams with quality standards
• Participate in design workshops during the explore phase
• Configure SAP EWM and related modules
• Design and document custom RICEF solutions
• Conduct testing of solutions
• Develop and deliver training materials
• Provide hypercare support on-site for warehouse users
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding
• Maintain client relationships at appropriate levels

Skills and Attributes for Success

Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, and manage configurations and integrations. Strong communication, project management, and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of related experience
• Minimum 5 years of SAP EWM experience
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams
• Willingness to travel 40-60%

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience or deep functional SAP expertise
• SAP certifications
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations
• Hands-on SAP configuration and design experience
• Experience in warehouse operations for distribution or manufacturing
