Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. seeks an SAP EWM Lead to drive end-to-end warehouse process discovery, requirements definition, and functional solution design for SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Typically 10+ years of combined warehouse operations, supply chain process, and SAP functional experience
• Demonstrated leadership of at least one end-to-end SAP EWM implementation or major rollout
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, shipping, labor execution, cycle counting
• Deep knowledge of SAP EWM configuration, master data, warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, handling units, RF, replenishment, wave management, and integration points
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded EWM and/or decentralized EWM; knowledge of SAP EWM 2023 or current release preferred
• Experience integrating EWM with core S/4HANA processes and adjacent capabilities
• Ability to develop process flows, requirements, functional designs, documentation, test scenarios
• Experience leading fit-to-standard workshops, design reviews, readiness assessments
• SAP EWM certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma/APICS credentials beneficial
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery and end-to-end EWM solution design
• Conduct workshops, document requirements, obtain stakeholder alignment
• Translate requirements into an integrated SAP EWM design
• Promote standard SAP EWM capabilities and document value and risks
• Provide hands-on functional configuration for embedded or decentralized EWM
• Assess advanced EWM features like Yard Management and Labor Management
• Lead cross-functional integration with SAP S/4HANA processes
• Maintain design documents, specifications, and procedures
• Define testing strategies and lead various testing cycles
• Define data requirements and ensure warehouse readiness for deployment
• Lead cutover planning, go-live and stabilization activities
• Define adoption measures and training needs
• Present options and risks to leadership; manage scope and budget
• Provide day-to-day leadership to EWM analysts and partners
• Drive continuous improvement post go-live
• Perform other duties as needed
