Qualifications

About the Role

Whitehall Resources is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ABAP development and RF (Radio Frequency) functionality to support warehouse management enhancements, technical development and implementation activities.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience developing and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions, with particular strength in RF framework design, RF screen development and troubleshooting. You will work closely with functional teams to deliver technical solutions that support complex warehouse operations and business requirements.

This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP EWM, ABAP development and RF/RFUI. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Plainfield, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and support SAP EWM technical solutions, including custom developments, enhancements and interfaces.
• Design, develop and maintain RF frameworks, RF screens and RFUI functionality.
• Troubleshoot and optimise RF transactions to ensure reliable warehouse operations.
• Build and enhance ABAP objects, including reports, function modules, BAPIs, BADIs and Object-Oriented ABAP evelopments.
• Debug complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support SAP EWM integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support implementation activities, system enhancements and ongoing technical improvements.
• Perform unit testing, technical documentation and production support.
• Ensure technical solutions align with warehouse processes, performance requirements and business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience as an SAP EWM Technical Consultant.
• Strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Proven experience working with RF screens and RFUI.
• Experience designing, developing and troubleshooting RF frameworks and RF transactions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM technical objects, enhancements, interfaces and custom developments.
• Experience with reports, function modules, BAPIs, BADIs and Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Good understanding of warehouse management processes and operational requirements.
• Experience supporting SAP EWM integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.
