Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge IT and production teams within SAP S/4HANA eWM. You will design, configure, and support end-to-end warehouse and production processes, translating business needs into functional solutions and coordinating with ABAP developers.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, experience with ERP systems, and a track record in full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering to go-live support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration and support experience with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (eWM).
• Experience with inventory management / inventory conversions.
• Experience with SAP applications in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements.
• Experience collaborating with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design warehouse and production operations processes to optimize system performance and business efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate solution design discussions with business process owners and technical teams.
• Configure and test S/4HANA eWM processes to support material movements, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, reports, and custom developments.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate realization of functional designs and standardized technical solutions.
• Support data conversion, integration testing, and go-live readiness activities.
• Develop and coordinate documentation, testing procedures, and training materials for end users.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and S/4HANA innovations aligned with Lockheed Martin’s Production Operations strategy.
• Utilize Jira and Focused Build for backlog management, requirement tracking, and project workflow coordination.
