Job Description

Expertise required: Deep experience in Logistics processes, specifically decentralized EWM. Ability to communicate effectively, interpret requirements, and lead business teams to develop logistics solutions based on standard practices with some customization (less than 15-20% relative to fit-standard and fit-configuration).

Responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of high-volume parcel and pallet packing in Tier 1 DC processes, including inbound logistics from various suppliers, inventory management and optimization, physical inventory counting, outbound parcel and pallet processing, wave and queue utilization, activity management, labor optimization, reporting, and integration with external OTC platforms and other ecosystems.
