Job summary

Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc is seeking an ERP Business Process Manager to drive data integrity and optimize SAP processes for the Final Assembly Line (FAL).

You will govern SAP master data across PP, MM, and QM modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Process Control, you will design training programs, develop process documentation (Visio), and coach stakeholders to ensure rapid, correct

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent.
3–5 years of direct SAP master data experience in regulated manufacturing.
APICS CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as SAP process expert for FAL, ensuring ERP-driven production operations.
Monitor cross-functional process execution in real time to prevent disruptions.
Develop and deliver SAP end-user training and maintain process documentation.
Review and correct master data to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Identify improvements to automate ERP workflows with the SAP team.
