Job summary

Hyundai Translead, a leader in trailer manufacturing, seeks a SAP ERP Business Analyst to support and optimize SAP Sales & Logistics across sales, distribution, logistics, and supply chain operations. You will partner with business, IT, and vendors to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive continuous improvement in SAP applications.

Job Summary

The SAP ERP Business Analyst - SAP Sales & Logistics role is responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and optimizing SAP solutions that enable sales, distribution, logistics, and supply chain operations across Hyundai Translead. This position partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and project teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, configure SAP applications, support production operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting Order-to-Cash processes, sales order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, logistics execution, warehouse operations, transportation processes, and related integrations while ensuring reliable system performance and alignment with business objectives.

Essential Functions

• Support and enhance SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP solutions supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Support Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing and Invoicing activities.
• Configure and maintain Pricing Configuration and related master data elements.
• Support Customer Master Data and Credit Management processes.
• Collaborate with business users to improve Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and Shipping processes.
• Support Stock Transport Orders (STO) and related logistics business processes.
• Coordinate integration activities involving SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules.
• Support EDI and IDoc integrations with customers, suppliers, and third-party partners.
• Develop functional specifications and support technical development activities.
• Perform testing activities including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide Production Support and Incident Management for business-critical applications.
• Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides.
• Work with external vendors and implementation partners as needed.
• Support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to project delivery activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, security requirements, and change management procedures.
• Lead complex SAP Sales & Logistics initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Design solutions supporting Order-to-Cash, Logistics Execution, Transportation, and Distribution operations.
• Conduct process assessments and identify strategic improvement opportunities.
• Lead requirements workshops and facilitate business stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate EDI and IDoc integration initiatives and troubleshooting efforts.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation activities impacting SD and Logistics processes.
• Manage vendor relationships associated with assigned solutions and projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice adoption.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP SD functional experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience supporting manufacturing industry operations.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, pricing management, logistics execution, distribution operations, and supply chain processes.
• Experience developing functional specifications and leading testing efforts.
• Demonstrated experience supporting SAP MM and FI integrations.
• Experience facilitating business workshops and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading projects through full lifecycle delivery.

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements

• Experience with SAP ERP implementations, upgrades, or SAP S/4HANA migrations.
• Experience with SAP WMS and warehouse automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC).
• Experience supporting 3PL integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
• Experience coordinating offshore support teams.
• SAP SD Certification preferred.
• Experience contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
