Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation expert to lead SAP programs, including SAP EC Payroll, for clients in the United States. You will manage large, complex projects, shape transformation roadmaps, and deliver measurable business value through SAP solutions.

You will travel to client sites, work in cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and drive project profitability while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.

• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here’s What You Need:

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience
• Experience with a minimum of1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
• Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

• You’ve got external consulting experience
• You’ve got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll
• You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
