Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation leader to guide large SAP programs for major clients. You’ll manage delivery, drive transformation, and show how SAP solutions unlock business value while coordinating with sponsors, teams, and client stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP transformation or 8 years in related industry, plus Payroll Cloud experience and leadership on large SAP projects in a global delivery model. Travel 0–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Experience with at least 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
• 1+ year as Project/Large Workstream lead on a large SAP transformation project in a global delivery model.
• Certified in EC Payroll applications and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or Associate’s Degree with 6 years.

The Work:

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's What You Need:

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
• Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

• You’ve got external consulting experience
• You’ve got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll
• You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces
