SAP Employee Central Payroll Business Analyst, Staff / Remote

As an experienced Systems Integration Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), you will support the 1LMX program. Your role involves optimizing HR and Payroll processes through implementing and supporting ECP, analyzing requirements, configuring systems, testing features, and supporting ongoing operations.

This role offers: a 4x10 schedule (every Friday off) and full-time remote work, with preferred alignment to a Lockheed Martin facility.

Minimum Qualifications

• US citizenship required for system access.
• Significant experience configuring and supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll.
• Ability to mentor team members in SAP ECP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Proficiency in SQL and analysis tools for data troubleshooting.
• Experience working with functional customers to define and document requirements.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams on solution design and delivery.
• Experience managing change processes and conducting system testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring schemas in Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience supporting BSI Tax Factory.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Office, and Agile methodologies.
