Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking a senior PM with hands-on EHS/ESG platform implementation experience to lead enterprise programs in California. You will own scope, budget, timelines, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams across regulatory, operations, and IT.

The ideal candidate has OSHA/EPA/RCRA/TSCA and ISO 14001/45001 knowledge, executive stakeholder management, and certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe); experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EHS/ESG platforms (Intelex, Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS preferred).
• Ownership of scope, budget, timeline, risks and governance for PM programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, and ISO 14001/45001.
• Executive stakeholder management and client-facing leadership experience.
• PM/PRINCE2/SAFe certifications with experience leading large enterprise transformations.
• Preferred domain: semiconductor / advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS/ESG platform implementation projects from inception to go-live.
• Own scope, budget, timeline, risks and governance across programs.
• Engage executive stakeholders and guide client relationships.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
