Job summary

GSK Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with at least 10 years of SAP consulting experience to support EHS implementation, enhancement, and production-support initiatives across US operations.

This is a remote role for work with client teams. You will lead workshops, configure Incident Management, Environment Management, Product Safety, and Product Compliance, translate US regulations into SAP solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant SAP experience, including strong hands-on SAP EHS experience.
• Experience with SAP EHS, S/4HANA EHS, Product Compliance, Product Safety, or Environment Management.
• Experience delivering at least two end-to-end SAP EHS implementations or major rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of US environmental, health, safety, chemical, and dangerous-goods regulations.
• Excellent client-facing, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EHS requirement gathering and solution-design workshops.
• Configure and support Incident Management, Environment Management, Occupational Health, Product Safety, Product Compliance, Dangerous Goods, and Safety Data Sheet processes.
• Translate US regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA, and DOT requirements, into SAP solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support integrations with SAP MM, PM, PP, QM, SD, HR, DMS, and external EHS applications.
• Manage testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production-support activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, plant teams, compliance specialists, developers, and integration teams.
• Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members.
• Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility.
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance.
• Provide best practice and industry specific solutions.
• Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions.
• Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
• Participate as a team member of the functional team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
