Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP EHS solutions based on business requirements.
• Gather and analyze functional requirements related to environmental management, occupational health, industrial hygiene, and safety management.
• Configure SAP EHS modules and support system enhancements.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend SAP EHS solutions.
• Integrate SAP EHS with other SAP modules, such as SAP MM, SD, PP, and QM, as required.
• Support data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user documentation.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and other SAP functional consultants.
• Ensure SAP EHS solutions align with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Consultant with 5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP EHS implementation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP EHS modules, business process analysis, and integration with other SAP modules. Candidates must possess valid US work authorization and be available to work onsite in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of SAP integration with other functional modules.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Must have valid US work authorization appropriate for the assignment.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP EHS implementation or rollout projects.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental reporting processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS solutions.
• Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
