Job Title: SAP ECP/Systems Analyst

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates local to Erlanger, KY or Decatur, IL)

Position Type: Full-Time

Project Length: 2.5 Years (Go-live in 2027)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. System Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong experience in SAP ECP implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that payroll systems meet business requirements, comply with regulations, and improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations for the USA and Canada, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.
  • Configure, test, and deploy payroll solutions, ensuring smooth integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and automation according to country-specific tax and labor laws.
  • Provide input into system fit/gap analysis and design decisions.
  • Support the creation of detailed functional designs for reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
  • Conduct cross-functional testing, including integration with SAP and third-party applications.
  • Perform unit testing, PIT (Product Integration Testing), parallel payroll testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data validation before go-live.
  • Work with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and use of SAP ECP.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in SAP ECP and system analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to optimize system performance.
  • Be open to learning additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergoing training to enhance consulting expertise.

Job Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
  • Experience with multiple USA & Canada payroll implementations; experience in other countries is a plus.
  • SAP ECP certification is preferred.
  • Strong experience in payroll integrations with third-party vendors such as WFS (Workforce Software), Benefits, and Taxation Systems.
  • Availability to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or different shifts as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel by auto and air to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage rapidly changing information.
