EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join the Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive outcomes and sustainable results.

In this role, you will evaluate business models, gather requirements, translate to tech specs, and ensure solutions meet business needs while designing architecture with technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6 years SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years SAP ERP/S/4HANA in PP and DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver on deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, plus business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
