Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, focusing on SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions in SAP environments.

Regular travel to client sites is required. You will gather requirements, blueprint, test, and document, while leading workshops and managing a hybrid team across offshore and onshore

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant SAP Manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP ERP/S4HANA in Production Planning (PP) with DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to meet deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status with performance objectives.
• Participate in client sessions; lead planning, execution and closure.
• Lead workshops on SAP DMC, gathering requirements and advising on S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide high-quality SAP project delivery and client value.
• Maintain relationships with key client personnel at multiple levels.
