Job summary

AdvanSix is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead complex SAP and enterprise application initiatives across business, DTT, vendors, and partners. This role requires structured execution, governance, and risk management from initiation to go-live and stabilization.

The ideal candidate brings proven project management fundamentals, SAP experience, and the ability to move teams from planning to execution with transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex IT, digital, or enterprise projects.
• Proven SAP-related implementation, integration, migration, upgrade, or transformation experience.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, IT/DTT, SAP, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP and enterprise application implementations and transformations.
• Translate business demand into executable project plans and roadmaps.
• Maintain governance reporting, risk escalation, and decision tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, SAP, and delivery partners.
• Ensure change readiness, training, and adoption activities are integrated.
