Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP technical leader to design, build, and test SAP custom development and extensibility solutions on S/4HANA and BTP, using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.

You will guide transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core, oversee code reviews and architecture sign-offs, and mentor global delivery teams while collaborating with senior client stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience developing SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP BTP tools and services (latest Application Development and Automation stack).
• Minimum of 3 years experience with data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, OData, or related custom development.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side approaches, including RAP.
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs, client workshops).
• Prior experience supporting the CMT industry/clients
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

What You Need:

Bonus Points If:

• You have 1+ years with Cloud Application Programming
• You've earned an SAP certification in ABAP Cloud, BTP (Developer or Solution Architect), or SAP Business AI / Generative AI.
• You have hands-on exposure to SAP Build (Build Apps, Build Process Automation, Build Work Zone) and CAP (Node.js / Java).
• You have DevOps for SAP - Git-based transport / gCTS, CI/CD, and automated testing (e.g., ABAP Unit, ADT).
• You have familiarity with SAP Business AI - Joule, Joule Studio, and Generative AI Hub grounding / RAG patterns.
