Job summary

Qualifications

15 years of experience developing BW solutions to extract data from SAP systems for Business Intelligence, including ABAP, Data Extractors, Data Model Design, Query Building, and Process chains. 15 years of experience developing BI reports using Business Objects, Web Intelligence (WebI), and BEX Queries. 10 years of experience working with an SAP operational system in a Public Sector environment, specifically State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system—cash logic, contracts, grants, assets, and other customized processes. Proficiency in roles, privileges, CMC security, BOE 4.3 SP2, BW 7.5 SP21, Transparency reporting dashboards, BASIS activities, DB2 database resources, system health checks, performance improvement, system upgrades, testing, and deployment. Knowledge of State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between BOE technical team and SAP functional teams. Conduct training and knowledge transfer to public sector employees from entry level and above. Analyze and develop activities to resolve root causes of incidents and data validation issues. Oversee system upgrades and related testing and deployment.
