Job summary

American business solutions inc in Jackson, MS is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP professional to design and develop using ABAP OO. The role requires deep knowledge of SAP BPA, WebDynPro, SAP Portal, and SOMS MAGIC, with emphasis on delivering robust ERP integrations for a public sector environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of ABAP experience and hands-on work with SAP modules in finance, CRM, and logistics, along with exposure to cloud integration and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Eight years’ experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP Object Oriented programming.
• Functional knowledge in Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, or HCM.
• Four years’ experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
• Three years’ experience in using SAP Business Process Automation by Redwood (SAP BPA).

Required Skills/Experience

• Eight years’ experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP Object Oriented programming.
• Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM.
• Four years’ experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
• Three years’ experience in using SAP Business Process Automation by Redwood (SAP BPA).

Preferred/Not Required

Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.

• Knowledge with State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system development.
• One years’ experience with SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration.

• Experience with analysis and development activities to resolve root causes of incidents.
