Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC seeks an SAP Analytics Developer to drive analytics delivery for the 1LMX initiative, leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori and CDS views across multiple SAP toolsets.

You will mentor junior developers, support critical cutover activities, and shape the next generation of analytics professionals through hands-on leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency for data modeling and report development.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, or CDS views.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to new technologies.

Job description

The SAP Analytics Developer will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions for the 1LMX Enterprise Common Reporting initiative, leveraging tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and CDS Views. We are looking for a strong technical leader who can develop and implement complex analytics solutions working across multiple SAP toolsets, support critical cutover activities, and also mentor and guide junior developers, sharing their expertise and experience to help shape the next generation of analytics professionals.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL is required for data modeling and report development
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with one or more of the following: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Fiori, or Core Data Services (CDS) views

Desired Skills

• Demonstrated technical leadership in mentoring junior developers, with experience in cutover planning and overall project execution
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
