Impact

• As a Senior SAP ECC ABAP Technical Architect with extensive knowledge of the SAP ECC platform, you will be part of the Global SAP development team supporting, designing, and developing solutions for Pitney Bowes. You are expected to perform all aspects of SAP deliveries, including developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the business application architecture from a global perspective. Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualification - B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech or MCA with a good understanding of business processes.

The Job

• Manage timely technical support and solutioning in the client’s evolving SAP landscape.
• Support, develop, analyze, code, and test SAP ABAP applications.
• Generate and review technical & functional specifications, plan project deliverables, monitor progress, and implement defect-free technical code for production.
• Participate in EHP5.0 & EHP7.0 (Support Pack 10) upgrades using transactions SPDD & SPAU.
• Familiarity with Business Technology Platform (BTP) and S/4HANA Public Cloud is desirable.
• Support using LSMW utility for end-user and SME support.
• Work on ALE/IDOC, RFC, File Interface, BAPIs, performance tuning, debugging, and peer reviews.
• Develop enhancements, copy control routines, user-exits, and BTEs related to SD, MM, & FI modules.
• Document process gaps, propose new processes, and develop code to improve system performance.
• Estimate development efforts and perform impact analysis for enhancements and new implementations.
• Implement BADI to populate third-party account numbers, etc.
• Develop BDC programs for data transfer from legacy systems.
• Deliver objects adhering to business standards.
• Participate in all software development phases, including feature development, testing, bug fixing, and deployment.
• Be results-oriented, proactive, and ownership-driven.
• Work closely with functional teams to develop optimal solutions.
• Integrate SAP with other business applications like Sterling CPQ, Oracle Leasing, and SFDC.
