Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site SAP Developer with expertise in ABAP, Adobe LiveCycle Forms, WebDynpro, and SmartForms development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM-related development and support.

Responsibilities:

• Redesign and rewrite the client’s current remuneration statement.
• Handle a backlog of user-driven requests for change and various projects requiring ABAP, WebDynpro, Workflow, and Forms development skills.
• Perform complex technical analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of applications using SAP platforms.
• Coordinate programming activities within the team and support modifications and enhancements to applications.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support business process analysis and problem resolution.
• Develop unit test plans and engage in process improvements.
• Provide SAP HCM expertise and support other SAP areas as needed.
• Manage defect/maintenance tickets and resolve technical issues.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, adhering to schedules and communicating potential issues.
