Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a senior SAP specialist to lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility on S/4HANA and BTP, using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.

You will guide technical design, perform code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and workshops, mentor global delivery teams, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders across geographies. Travel may be required, 0–100% based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP development on S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum 3 years with SAP BTP tools and services.
• Minimum 3 years data modeling with CDS/AMDP/OData.
• Minimum 3 years SAP development with Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP-side approaches including RAP.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility on S/4HANA and BTP.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews and architecture sign-offs.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse development with SAP Business AI.
• Guide and mentor global delivery teams; communicate across technical levels and geographies.
