Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice seeks a transformation-focused SAP development leader to drive design, build, and test of S/4HANA ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core solutions. You will guide transitions from classic ABAP to Clean Core and mentor delivery teams across geographies.

The role combines technical leadership with client-facing workshops, architecture sign‑offs, and leveraging Generative AI Hub and Joule Studio. Travel may be required 0–100% depending on business need.

Qualifications

5+ years building SAP apps with S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
3+ years with SAP BTP tools.
3+ years data modeling with CDS/AMDP/OData.
3+ years SAP development using Fiori-first, Clean Core and RAP.
2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Experience with Industrial clients and consulting/advisory work.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).

Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility solutions on S/4HANA and BTP, using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.
Drive the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and API adoption.
Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and design workshops.
Mentor global delivery teams and communicate across technical levels and geographies; travel may be required (0–100%).
