Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a SAP Deployment Operations Consultant to support a large-scale S/4HANA implementation for a DoD client. You will be the deployment stream's operational engine, tracking milestones and coordinating cross-functional activities to keep the deployment moving forward.

Responsibilities include maintaining the master schedule, triaging action items, drafting deliverables, and ensuring quality in all deployment communications. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting or IT project management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint/MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Master Schedule Maintenance: track daily progress against deployment schedule.
• Action Item Triage: document and drive closure of open items and risks.
• Meeting Facilitation & Coordination: draft agendas and minutes for deployment meetings.
• Content Development: draft and format deployment deliverables and status reports.
• High Attention to Detail: ensure client-ready documentation with professional formatting.
• Knowledge Management: manageShared repository with version control and signoffs.
• Connecting the Dots: serve as central contact between workstreams to route questions.
• Ad‑Hoc Delivery Execution: assist with data prep, workshops, or memos as needed.
