Job summary

STM Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data and analytics solutions.

The role focuses on SAP Datasphere, SAC, data modeling, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. You will design end-to-end SAP Datasphere architectures, develop data models and dashboards, govern data security, and guide cross-functional teams through complex analytics initiatives, including SAC

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud).
• Extensive experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including stories, dashboards, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong understanding of SAP data architecture, data warehousing, and enterprise analytics.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW/BW4HANA, and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Expertise in data modeling, analytical modeling, SQL, and data transformation.
• Experience with data integration, replication, and federation techniques.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and authorization concepts.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills.
• Ability to lead end-to-end SAP analytics implementations and provide technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end SAP Datasphere architecture to support enterprise data warehousing and analytics requirements.
• Lead development of data models, semantic layers, analytical datasets, and business-ready data products within SAP Datasphere.
• Design and develop SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, including dashboards, stories, reports, and interactive visualizations.
• Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Configure and manage data replication, data federation, and data integration using SAP Datasphere.
• Develop and optimize analytical models, views, and data flows to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Establish data governance, security, access controls, and role-based authorization across Datasphere and SAC.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Implement SAC Planning and forecasting solutions, including planning models, budgeting, and financial planning, where applicable.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Datasphere models and SAC dashboards.
• Define best practices, technical standards, and architectural guidelines for SAP data and analytics solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout project delivery.
