Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Datasphere Developer / Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable data architecture and analytical solutions within a complex SAP environment. You will lead data modeling, semantic layer development, and data integration to support analytics and business planning requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Datasphere Developer / Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable data architecture and analytical solutions within a complex SAP environment. The role focuses on SAP Datasphere architecture, advanced data modeling, semantic layer development, and data integration to support enterprise analytics, reporting, and business planning requirements. Working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and SAP technical teams, the architect ensures efficient data management, reliable integration, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. Design and implement end-to-end SAP Datasphere architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise data strategies. Develop and maintain advanced data models, analytical datasets, and semantic layers within SAP Datasphere. Lead solution design and technical implementation of SAP Datasphere capabilities, including data integration, transformation, and virtualization. Design and optimize data flows, views, analytical models, and data pipelines across SAP and non-SAP environments. Establish data modeling standards, governance principles, and best practices to ensure consistency and reusability. Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other enterprise data platforms. Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and design reviews for development teams and stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize query performance, and ensure data quality and reliability. Support solution testing, technical documentation, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, including solution architecture, development, and data modeling. Proven experience designing enterprise data architectures and implementing scalable analytical solutions. Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere Data Builder, Business Builder, analytical models, and semantic layer development. Experience with advanced data modeling, data transformation, data federation, and replication techniques. Solid understanding of SQL, SAP HANA Cloud, and cloud-based data management concepts. Experience integrating SAP Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other relevant data sources. Strong understanding of data governance, security, access management, and performance optimization. Experience translating complex business and analytical requirements into technical architecture and data solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
