Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Migration expert with extensive experience in utilizing Syniti tools to oversee and manage data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP data management and migration processes, coupled with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams, ensure data quality, and deliver on project timelines. This role is not budgeted for Visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work within the US without future Visa support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data migration requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Utilize Syniti tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration.
• Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration.
• Coordinate with technical teams to design and optimize data migration processes and workflows.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for data migration using Syniti tools.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the migration process.
• Document data migration processes, methodologies, and lessons learned for future reference.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration or data management roles.
• Proven experience with Syniti tools (e.g., Syniti Data Migration, Syniti Knowledge Platform) and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and data structures (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience with SAP master data (e.g., Customer, Vendors, Materials, etc.) and associated data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW).

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $120,000 to $150,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
