Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Data Governance Manager to lead enterprise data initiatives, define governance frameworks, and improve data quality across SAP and non-SAP environments. You will collaborate with business and IT, document data requirements, develop policies, configure metadata and business glossary terms, and deliver Power BI dashboards and analytics for governance and reporting.

Qualifications

7+ years in data governance, data quality or MDM, preferably SAP environments.
Experience with SAP Information Steward, SAP MDG, or equivalent tools.
Strong data dictionaries, lineage, metadata, and scorecard development; cross-functional facilitation.

Responsibilities

Define and implement data governance frameworks across SAP and analytics platforms.
Develop and maintain data quality rules, lineage, metadata standards, and data ownership models.
Configure and manage business glossary terms, data policies, and governance workflows.
Plan, manage and execute data governance initiatives ensuring adherence across business and functional areas.
Monitor compliance with internal and external data regulations and governance standards.
Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather and document data requirements.
Assist in the design and refinement of data models to support enterprise reporting needs.
Create Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and KPIs aligned to governance and reporting requirements.
