Job summary

Lennox International in Richardson, TX is seeking an SAP CX Functional Lead to design and implement SAP Commerce Cloud solutions for B2B eCommerce. You will work with business and technical teams to translate needs into functional specs, and guide integration with SAP ERP.

This onsite role requires 8+ years of SAP Commerce experience, strong communication and project delivery skills, and the ability to manage priorities and risks through the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with SAP Commerce / SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• Led business and functional delivery of SAP Commerce implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and eCommerce processes.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Commerce (Hybris) and SAP CX solutions.
• Experience translating requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Experience defining integration requirements between SAP Commerce and SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions for B2B eCommerce.
• Define solutions for customer/account management, catalogs, pricing, promotions, quotes, carts, checkout, orders, and purchasing.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate needs into specs and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate requirements to technical teams and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Lead testing and UAT, including planning, validation, defect triage, and sign-off.
• Define integration requirements between SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP ERP/S/4HANA, supporting integration solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance B2B processes and capabilities.
