Job summary

Lennox, a historic HVAC leader, is seeking a SAP Commerce Functional Lead to shape and drive digital commerce implementations. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to design and deliver scalable SAP Commerce solutions that enhance the customer experience.

With 8+ years in SAP Commerce and strong B2B sales process understanding, you will guide end-to-end projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure quality through testing and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years SAP Commerce solutions project implementation experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading full lifecycle SAP Commerce project implementations.
• Strong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts.
• Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions that drive operational efficiencies.
• Demonstrated ability to produce functional specifications for deliverables of varying size.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency at addressing complex challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and data structures.
• Working knowledge of middleware solutions and integration concepts a plus.
• SAP Commerce Cloud Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Delivery - Collaborate with Digital stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Business Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for IT solution improvements.
• Testing – Create test plans and coordinate testing.
• Stakeholder Communication – Liaise between business and IT throughout the lifecycle.
• Project Management – Define timelines and coordinate implementation efforts.
• Post-Implementation Support – Monitor solutions to ensure objectives are met.
