Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a SAP CRM Order Management with ETO Functional Consultant in India. You will define and implement end-to-end SAP CRM Order Management workflows, with focus on Engineer-to-Order scenarios and data flow between CRM and ERP.

You will configure order types, item categories, and sales contracts; integrate CRM with ECC/S4HANA modules such as PP, MM, SD, PS; troubleshoot middleware data replication; and write functional specs plus training for users.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP CRM Order Management and ETO workflows.
• Ability to configure engineer-to-order scenarios and data flows between CRM and ERP.
• Experience integrating CRM with ECC/S4HANA modules such as PP, MM, SD, PS.

Responsibilities

• Configure Engineer-to-Order scenarios and ensure data flow between CRM and ERP.
• Customize SAP CRM sales contracts, quotations, order types, and item categories.
• Integrate CRM with SAP ECC/S4HANA modules like PP, MM, SD, and PS.
• Resolve middleware replication issues involving master data, pricing, and orders.
• Write functional specifications and conduct user training.
