Job summary

The role focuses on gathering requirements, configuring SAP CRM, and assisting with moderate complexity processes.

You will collect and analyze requirements, work with a team to implement solutions, and provide second-level support across SAP CRM functions, including WebUI, Middleware, and ECC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience gathering requirements in SAP CRM.
• Minimum 3 years' experience across SAP CRM functions (WebUI, ICC, Middleware).
• Minimum 3 years' experience with CRM–ECC integration and related data.

Responsibilities

• Support the SAP CRM area by collaborating with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Demonstrate informed knowledge of the CRM domain to resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP CRM initiatives.
• Work with a team to implement SAP CRM solutions across modules (WebUI, ICC, Middleware).
