What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the liaison between business and engineering for HR Core systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Lead Onboarding 2.0/Vnext upgrades, ADP Pay Transformation waves, and feature backlog delivery
  • Manage live site operations, troubleshoot access issues, and resolve production incidents
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and system enhancements
  • Communicate effectively across global teams and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8–10 years of experience in HR Technology, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Experience with 1–2 full-cycle implementations of Onboarding 2.0
  • Proven expertise in testing methodologies, UAT, and analytical problem solving
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and proactively drive solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in stakeholder management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Broader exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance, etc.)
  • Prior experience working in large global organizations with distributed teams and time zone collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to balance reactive live site support with proactive project delivery
